Policies

BOOKING POLICY:

We love and take pride in providing our patients with professional services and are courteous of their time. In order to serve our patients better, we have instituted a cancellation/rescheduling policy. Your services and spa treatments are reserved especially for you! We value your business and ask that you respect Velvet Crush Aesthetic Lab’s scheduling policies. In order to ensure we operate under our practice standards, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE to hold your appointment, which will then be applied towards your service(s) or procedure(s) at the time of the appointment.

All appointments will require a NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE in order to reserve your appointment time. ANY CANCELATION will result in the loss of this payment. You will be allowed ONE reschedule from the initial date of your service.

We respectfully request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 48 hours in advance with a TEXT to 239-203-9493. In your TEXT please provide your full name, date of original appointment, and reason for change of appointment.

If you do not reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will lose your NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE. 

You will be allowed to reschedule your original appointment ONE time and must schedule a new appointment within 30 days from the original appointment.

Patients with a history of repeat cancellations, no-shows, and/or rescheduling may require in advance to provide the full-service amount when booking future appointments.

We recognize the time of our patients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other patients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Thank you for understanding, we can’t wait to see you at your upcoming appointment.

*Your provider has the right to refuse service if you present with any viral or flu-like symptoms. You will be rescheduled for a later date.

LATE POLICY:

If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, we may not be able to perform your procedure depending on the schedule for that day. We understand that traffic can be heavy and accidents happen frequently in SWFL, so please take that into consideration when mapping out travel time. If you get stuck in traffic or behind an accident, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. Please call or text us if you are going to be late so we can try to adjust our schedule to accommodate you!

CHILDREN/GUESTS & PETS:

While we can accommodate children/guests, we ask that no more than 1 guest accompany clients. We ask that guests understand that they will need to be seated in a chair or stroller for safety reasons. There is a waiting room available for guests as they are not allowed in the treatment room. While we love your furry friends, for sanitation and safety purposes, there are no pets allowed in the building, this includes any service animals. We reserve the right to ask any guest that is being disruptive to leave the premises.
